Don’t shower, don’t brush teeth, don’t put deodorant just Axe Body Spray 👌
You're already a man so just be you.
M24, still trying to figure it out
Eat your protein, count your calories, lift your weights, limit porn, limit brain rot, get enough sleep, don't get into debt, invest in your mental health, take time off, treat others with respect, surround yourself with positive people and I'm sure you'll be fine.
don’t even limit porn. quit porn to begin with it rots your brain and gives you unrealistic expectations
Get up and go to work. Repeat daily
Set a goal, write the requirements for that goal, do them while delaying instant gratification. Rinse repeat.
Stop worrying about what others think and just be who you want to be. If you want to be manly, pick something you think is manly and just do it or work towards it. If you want to be responsible, start giving extra importance to your responsibilities. If you want to be perceived as an adult, start dressing a bit more formal and a bit more like your the older generation at your job.
Have integrity. Its what you do when no ones looking that really matters.
[subscribe to this channel and do everything he says](https://youtu.be/ibo1OHcWscc?is=dSGMi4H\_Raxq9rdC) but in all seriousness you’re already a man. Don’t let people push you to be something you’re not.
In my humble opinion every man needs a decent set of tools (can be harbor freight or some budget option with lifetime warranty, ie Canadian Tire in Canada), a mode of transportation and a firearm. Then id say exercise and look after your mind, body and spirit. Self defense classes or a martial art, even boxing will give you loads of confidence. Most important just be yourself, if you like "nerdy" shit, dont stop because it makes you feel less of a man. Dont be a bully or a shit head, all this alpha male crap is garbage.
Tell the person who told you to man up to lick your balls.
Do something to help others.
Get a job and be responsible.
66M Can you please explain what you mean by that. Perhaps given an example of what it is, you’re trying to do.
Be responsible and accountable for your actions when you fuck up and we all eventually fuck up, be accountable and learn from it, make sure to understand what the problem was as well as you learn from it.
Thank you 🙏

Say what you think, act the way you say. You want to be someone who is easy to be around. That does not mean a people pleaser. You want to enjoy your own company, you’ll want to have self love and recognize your accomplishments and your strengths yourself. A well adjusted adult can regulate themselves and not play games or say things to get a reaction, compliment or validation out of other people. I think maturity is a sign of good physical, mental And emotional hygiene. Young people don’t know the world and spend time regulating themselves. They compare themselves and get too emotional or stressed out over x, y and z. You know the size of the man based on the size of his problems. I think manning up is also being selfaware. It’s knowing that sometimes you need to be something specific in certain contexts. When I’ve heard people who say stuff like “I don’t care what anyone says. They can just leave if they have a problem” - those people are often not good collaborators and don’t get very far. You should not have your worth be dependent on others, but consider others and you’ll get further. Being able to laugh at yourself is such a powerful skill. It instantly makes you more sexy and approachable to Other people. People who takes themselves really serious are usually not funny, not warm, and not people you want to be around. So have humor and see the funny thing in things. When you fuck up apologize and move on. Did something stupid, just learn from it. Manning up is also not borrowing from tomorrow. Manning up is showing up consistently. When you are young and immature it’s easier to justify being unbalanced, all or nothing. To delay gratification takes maturity, patience, vision etc. You need to practice that skill of compounding. You really don’t need to stretch. Or invest 10-20% of your paycheck. You can do find without it, but if you manned up, did it, and just fucking practiced that virtue you’d be compounding so much better in 10, 20, 30 years. I hear young guys justify all kinds of shitty behavior saying they’ll be dead by then, or fuck it or bla bla. All that is just children noises. Be a sexy motherfucker. Work hard, have a great attitude, and be measured. I really wish I had taken those things seriously. I didn’t care about sleep, hydration, saving, studying. I had nothing to live for and was just acting like an asshole. I justified my laziness with that I needed a mission or a reason. Learn from me - whatever you don’t do today you will pay the price for tomorrow with interest. I promise you that life can be so much better in the future than in your 20s. You just have to set yourself up. These basics are virtues because we all Know it in theory, but we underestimate their worth until we pay the price for not following them. You are not going to follow or do everything. But just try.
