Family feud
Family feud
The Office thought some of the humor might feel outdated, but it still holds up because the characters and awkward moments are so relatable
This is so true.
Yeah. The American sitcom version, not do much.
The Beverly Hillbillies
Awesome show
Twin Peaks
Old school Simpsons still rocks!
My wife and I have stumbled onto the Simpsons now at almost 30 years old. I grew up being taught it was some evil anti-Christian thing. I think it’s amazing!
I went back to rewatch The Matrix after like 15+ years and it shocked me how well it still lands. The CGI is dated in spots, but the sound design, editing, and that whole “waking up from the system” vibe feel even more relevant now with phones, algorithms, and VR everywhere. It plays more like a warning than just an action movie.
I can still turn on Twin Peaks fo4 a nice rainy weekend
Teen titans I only watch cartoons..😭
Okay but question: is it the og show or the new one
The OC from like 2002
Patrick McGoohan's The Prisoner
I am not a number, I am a free man!
ER I recently started a re-watch, and I'm surprised at how progressive some of the stories are for the mid-90s.
Batman (1966)
Fifth Element
Columbo
Idiocracy
Definitely headed there but it’s timeline was a bit longer meanwhile we’ll be there by 2027 it seems

x-files
I find the monster of the week episodes aged better than the main mythology arcs just because where that all ends up just is a disappointment now.
King of the Hill
Firefly. The practical sets help a lot.
Moneyball
The Truman Show and The Incredibles
The Wire has aged quite well. Even though the technology in the show seems very dated now, the themes are still exactly the same.
Watching it for the first time right now (no spoilers please) and I laughed so hard at the season 2 conversation about digital cameras. “You mean you don’t have to take this to a store to process your film?” “No it’s a computer chip.”
Fahrenheit 11/9 by Michael Moore. Everyone should watch it. I think he did Fahrenheit 9/11 too. Watch that. Actually, everyone needs to watch all of his documentaries. They’re very good. Also watch: \-The Century of the Self \-Hypernormalisation
Great taste. You should check out "All Watched Over By Machines of Loving Grace" by Adam Curtis. It's so good. As is everything by Adam Curtis
the truman show
Brain dead (tv series).
Seinfeld. Still relevant
Golden Girls, it’s still funny as hell!
*Newsradio*. So many shows made in 1990s were full of homophobia and misogyny and plenty of "quirky" office shows actually have super toxic workplace environment. Not that this show isn't guilty of that in parts, but significantly less than others of the era. Plus Phil Hartman, RIP.
Home improvement!
Red dwarf
The janky, no-budget, badly acted *The Texas Chainsaw Massacre* is still unnerving to this day, when many newer and more expensive productions it influenced seem corny and outdated these days.
