As a fellow perfectionist it's really hard to just "not" let it bother you. For one, therapy can help with this as it's more than likely deep underlining things to someone's psychology/subconscious that's causing perfectionism to be a result. As for what to do aside, from my experience with great friends and family who give me that positive reinforcement talk when I need it: You are still doing insanely amazing. There are many who don't try, who don't reach the minimum numbers we want to do. Recently on an exam I was crashing tf out taking it thinking I'm going to fail only to realize at the end I got like an 85 on it, which is still very good to many people's standards; I just wanted a 90+ as I expect myself to. What got myself over the feeling is that the said 85 is very much good enough and I learned to be fine with good enough + "I still tried". Hope this helps!
