Maybe try Bromantasy by Máire Roche. I did not finish it because the writing style wasn't for me (it's adult fiction, but came across as YA, and I'm too old for that), but it seemed like it would be really cute.
From the top of my head - *The Starving Saints* and *The Luminous Dead* both by Caitlin Starling (fantasy/horror-ish, tangential F/F romance), the entire *Black Magician* series by Trudy Canavan (fantasy, M/M side plot), *The Paleontologist* by Luke Dumas (horror-adjacent because ghosts, M/M gay male MC). The book in question was *Heads Will Roll* by Josh Winning (F/F, queer female MC) which is a very fun campy horror.
