What I want is a recommendation of a service, like a website, where I can rent an online Brazilian friend. I know that there is italki, but I'm not really looking for an instructor. What I really want is a person with a good microphone and an Internet connection. I didn't want them to even speak English.
Any recommendations? Anything besides italki? Should I just use italki or similar?

Just use iTalki, you'll find tons of tutors willing to do conversation-style "lessons".
I teach on Preply. Here, as on any other platform, you can get a tutor and tell them: "Fale apenas brazileiro, não quero ouvir inglês". I've had many students say that, and I kept everything in Portuguese but some grammar explanation; I would do it in English, after Portuguese, to make sure they understood. You can schedule weekly lessons, and you won't be waiting for the other person to have availability.
Have you tried the r/languageexchange subreddit? Lots of people there looking for exchange partners and can find time to talk, you just need to weed through the unserious ones a bit
There’s a free app called Tandem where you can find language exchange partners and filter by country, etc. So, you could find a Portuguese speaker from Brazil on there very easily.
Arrume um professor. Uma pessoa aleatória não vai saber manter a conversa de forma produtiva.

Honestly, italki or Preply may still be the best fit,but search specifically for convesation practice. The platform matters less than screening the person. Send candidates this brief before booking: “Procuro conversas de 45 minutos somente em português brasileiro. Quero conversa natural, bom microfone e poucas interrupções. No final, gostaria de receber de três a cinco correções importantes e algumas expressões mais naturais. Não preciso de explicações em inglês.” Try short sessions with two or three people. Keep the person who respects the Portuguese-only request, has clear audio, keeps the conversation moving, and corrects you without interrupting constantly. Hope that helps 🙂
