I got hacķed and the hacƙer gifted themselves stardew valley and refunded their own alipay account a few yuan after buying a random game and steam won't refund me my money back.

I got hacķed a few days ago and while the hacƙer was on my account they spent the few bucks I had and gifted themselves stardew valley and bought a random game and refunded money to their alipay. I tried to get a refund from steam support and they flat out rejected it. Like what? I don't understand what more do I have to do to get my money back?
