That usually indicates your device doesn't support the rest.
Oh alright it means by default it's using "compatibility" right?
But my 4070 graphics card laptop also not showing it
They removed the button for some reason. You can still change it from the project settings.
Its just a bit more tricky now, go to project settings, renderer and then change from compatibility to forward or whatever

Project Settings > Rendering > Renderer has it. I'm assuming it was removed from the main editor UI because it's not a setting you'd expect to change frequently for a project, but just speculating.
