Keto veterans: What's your daily intake of electrolytes and how many mg?

Potassium, magnesium and sodium breakdown.

What mg levels do you take to make you feel great?

How do you take them and when do you take them?

Do you take multivitamins also?

And what differences in yourself have you noticed after adjusting you electrolyte levels.

I've never supplemented anything except 400mg of magnesium glycinate before bed. From my diet I get around 4000-5000mg sodium and 3000-4000mg potassium. Olives, meat, nuts and green veg, etc.

Through trial and error, I've figured out I need 6000mg sodium (7000 in summer or if sweating a lot) and 4000 potassium. Magnesium I haven't really tracked. I supplement once or twice a week, and I've been fine AFAIK. No leg cramping anyway, and my diet includes bread made from flax seeds, which is pretty high in potassium.

I've eliminated all electrolytes on the carnivore diet except for regular salt. Blood tests show potassium is above reference levels, magnesium is at the upper limit of reference levels.

I’ve eaten keto for nearly 9 years now and I feel my best at 8000mg sodium, 400mg magnesium, and 4000mg potassium a day. I get about half of this from food and the other half from ketoade sipped throughout the day. Magnesium is taken in pill form before bed. No multivitamins. My husband has eaten keto about 4 years now and he only really needs half of what I need unless he’s outside in the heat/lifting in the gym/otherwise sweating more than usual. Everyone is different!

I can't say specifically, but I usually have one LMNT, 3-4 BodyArmor Zero Sugar (usually 2 with caffeine), plus I take a silver multi, magnesium glycinate & another magnesium complex supplement. I usually get about 10 hours of cardio exercise & sweat a lot.
