I've realized YouTube is my biggest distraction while preparing for CAT.
The problem is that I don't watch Shorts anymore. I end up watching long-form videos, and once I open YouTube for "just one video," it turns into hours of wasted time.
I've tried browser extension like BlockSite, but when the urge hits, I just disable or uninstall them. They only work until I lose self-control.
My router can block youtube.com, but that blocks it for everyone in my house, and I only want it blocked on my laptop.
I want something that's genuinely hard to bypass. Preferably something that actually helps me study for long hours
