I vee been looking for quite some time and I would like to know if someone actually went that to make a list like based on N level But Anyway any suggestions is more then welcomed I want something in the range of n3-n1 (I know it’s a huge difference but when I’m going to closer to n1 I don’t want to keep askig for resources:))

No idea on "N-levels" but 積ん読チャネル is a podcast that, for the most part, subtitles everything they say, and I learned a lot of interesting stuff from them.
Like I mean based on n5-n1
4989 American Life has been good for me, she talks pretty clearly and I feel like there's a good mix of easier and harder content. She also posts written transcripts of each episode online.
Search the subreddit, this has been asked many times.
Download nihongotube extension and it will force your youtube to show only Japanese videos. And you get to know what jlpt level are videos
that, plus you should make a seperate youtube profile so it can finetune the recommendations just for japanese videos.
My favs are on the 一月万冊 channel on YouTube. Basically in order of preference but 2&3 are usually together. All left leaning political commentary, currently strongly anti-Takaichi. I'm starting to talk like 佐藤章
Other than that, while not podcasts, the following channels have really good old 時代劇 series and movies.
They only put the episodes out for a week, but the first two episodes of each episode are up long term. 新俺は用心棒 is the best thing I have ever seen. It's like every episode is Tarantino level.
Old movies. They currently have 『東京野郎と女ども』but only until Sunday. It has a cameo by the recently deceased 宮明宏 (At the time 丸山明宏). Gotta admid, that guy was hot.
Just does one series at a time, one episode a week. They just finished 孤独のメス which was excellent. I haven't seen the new series yet.
YUYUの日本語ポッドキャスト on YouTube (and I believe other platforms) is a good one for N3-N2 level. He speaks quite clearly but at natural speed
