Man have you tried "The Angel Next Door Spoiled me Rotten" it isn't exactly similar though the pretty girl part might match. It's such a cute romance anime though don't except much intimacy in the first season, and I haven't personally watched season 2.

  Season 2 of Angel made me sad. I pushed through due to sunk cost fallacy and hoping it would get closer to the quality of season 1, but once the season was over I regretted keeping going (I should have abandoned it by episode 5). Season 1 is worth watching, but I strongly recommend either stopping there or going into season 2 being willing to drop it quickly if you aren't happy with it
