Looking for mobile strategy games that actually rebuilt the controls for PC

I do not mean games that technically run in a desktop window. I mean something where the mouse, hotkeys and information layout were reconsidered for a monitor.

Age of Empires Mobile’s PC client is the example that sent me looking. It has full keyboard navigation, command shortcuts and a different UI instead of just asking me to click giant phone buttons. It still has the progression structure of a mobile strategy game, so I am not calling it a traditional RTS.

 Are there other cross-platform strategy or management games that made that jump properly? Cross-progression would be a bonus, but the PC interface is the main thing.
