  Looks medium, maybe just a hair overdone. Also your marinade burned. Still looks tasty

    Thanks. How could I prevent the marinade from burning while still cooking the steak the right amount? Just lower heat?

  Your marinade definitely burned. And too pink would really be up to you and how you like your temp
