This wood is so beautiful that I certainly only want to enhance it.
My game plan was using Waterlox marine and then after it cures use the renaissance wax.

Removed per Rule 4: Off Topic. Anything relating to guns, firearms, military, or weapons of war is considered off topic and not allowed. The focus of this sub is woodworking.
The SOLE exception to this is Rule 5: those posts which are BOTH flaired 'Project Submission' AND relate to guns/politics/religion/flags will be allowed, but the comments section locked. The goal of this SOLE exception is allow the woodworker to show off their project, while stopping uncivil responses.
Because this post is not flaired 'Project Submission' (and fails the requirements to be one, see Rule 2 for requirements), it is removed.
Even if it did meet the Rule 5 exception, it would get locked to comments, and you want to discuss a topic. Understandably. Alas, our rules don't allow it to be unlocked. So, it's a moot point.
