2020 Ford Transit 350 3.5 non turbo lower radiator hose not in stock anywhere near me and company the van back on the road.

The Amazon company I work for is low on bands and needs as many possible should I reinstall this lower radiator hose or advise them to wait to me honestly it doesn't look that bad I do not believe it's going to leak if it was before the clamp or anywhere in the hose where it's not sitting on the radiator I definitely wouldn't do it but to mean this doesn't look too sketchy to reinstall

Cut an inch off and put it back on with a screw style clamp

  I just went to the parts store and bought some of the screw style clamps are you sure I should take a full inch off of that hose

I dont see anything wrong with that hose. That little notch is an index and supposed to be there. Get a screw clamp and reinstall it. Top it off with coolant.

  I thought that for a second but it looks like it was done by somebody taking the hose off previously it doesn't look like it was made that way but I could be completely wrong and don't have the greatest up close vision

  Screw clamps are not good. They tighten but do not expand/contract. Also, they seem to always have unequal amount of pressure around the hose. And very easy to over tighten. Spring clamps are always better because they expand and contract with heat and always keep equal tension around the whole hose.

Just get some 1.5" heater hose and replace it.

I would not take anything off. The notch is past where the clamp goes. As long as the clamp does it's job the hose wont leak.

You got a Hose and Rubber nearby? Bring them the hose and they’ll make you a new one in ten minutes.
