Cine lens will have gear rings for making focus and aperture pulls. They will also have T-Stop numbers over F-Stop numbers, which are more accurate. Besides that not much difference. Especially for sphericals, sometimes manufacturers will put the same optical formats into both photography and cine lens housings. It's perfectly fine to use photography lenses for filmmaking. You can get rubber focus rings or 3d print focus gears - I get them made for $3-$4 on 3d printing sites.
I do agree completely only problem is that I only have an 85f1.8 and 28f2.0 which I’m currently using to make most of my videos so even if it was just for a 35mm it would mean a lot.
