Unfortunately Ukrainians with temporary protection can’t renew their expired ID cards and only receive a letter from their Rathaus which says that their status has been extended. Every actually great apartment i find requires a Schufa for the Landlord. I can’t order one because i literally can’t verify myself online. What are my options ? Unfortunately, i will probably not get this apartment because i can’t prove my creditworthiness. My aufenhaltstitel expired on 4/2024.

Had the same issue. Explain it to the landlord and provide the extension letter with your expired Aufenthaltstitel. Also check if SCHUFA can verify you via PostIdent instead of online. Some landlords are flexible when they understand the situation.
