I am planning on knitting the harvest sweater by Jessie Maed. I bought this online because my LYS only carried superwash wool. The main color is the dark green (I can’t be trusted around white clothes haha!) and the flower color is supposed to be the bright pink, but the light pink contrast color stands out the most. Will this be a problem?

I think the bright pink should be fine if that's your preference - it might not be as recognisable from a distance, but it will be perfectly readable up close because the flowers in the pattern are so large.
It’s the light pink I’m concerned about. It seems to stand out more than the others.
From a distance, I think the light pink will dominate because of the high contrast to all the other considered colors.
The light pink is fine and not too much contrast if that’s what you’re concerned about. Which parts are you planning to be which colors? The only color I’d advise against is the dark purple/pink color since it’s the same value as the green background. If you do use it, I would recommend that to be the centers of the flowers. If you’re looking for advice on color choices, I would do the flowers with the bright pink petals, white center, and light pink for the stem/leaves.
I was planning on the dark purple being the ‘light brown’ and when I ordered it thinking I could duplicate stitch with the light pink if need be. Now I’m not so sure. I only have 1 ball of the light pink and I need either the 60 or 64 size, the ‘dark brown’ is the only one that has that yardage. Red - bright pink Dark brown - light pink (I only have 1 ball of it) Light brown - purple (many - also bought for other projects)
