Butt seriously, I am at the age where I need a full prostate checkup, yearly. No issues with the procedure, except that every doctor and urologist has fingers like German sausages. I have an enlarged prostate and it hurts like hell for up to 3 months afterwards (I have chronic prostatitis). What I would do for a slender, soft finger on those days.
