I split my time between hobbies by picking one big goal for each week, like finishing a book or clearing a tough game chapter, so I'm not scrambling between them every day.
I'm a big gamer and an avid reader. I currently use Google Tasks to get stuff done around the house, and to keep up with hygiene and eating otherwise it won't really happen.
When it comes to free time though, I feel like I don't have enough time to appreciate what I'm engaged with because I know it will have an end for the sake of my health/sleep. I occasionally feel so strongly about enjoying things I like that I sacrifice sleep or postpone tasks. It doesn't help that I have so many games and books I want to get through yet my time is so limited. While I understand I won't get to play or read everything on my bucketlist this lifetime, it's really hard not to rush through for the sake of consuming more instead of enjoying and taking my time with the media.
If you've felt any of this, how are you coping with it?

I have tons of interest so I can probably answer this. I'm an avid gamer, really love music, okay with exercise, likes to read articles, watches movies series and sometimes anime; and learn something new. The one that really help me is exercise. When I exercise and have a somewhat fit physique, I have all the energy and time to do everything else. Ask anyone wake up early and go to gym, they'll have more or less the same answer. But unfortunately, I'm just okay with exercise, I don't really like it that much. So the hard part is actually the exercise. Luckily last year for some strange reason I decided to try tennis. And after a month, I really love it. Now I'm not just somewhat fit, I am fit, and I feel like I have all the time and energy to do everything else. Even cooking and other house chores that I didn't even like before. I guess the explanation is that the energy needed is mental energy. I for a fact don't have more time than I did before, and I had a lot of energy in my belly. So the difference is that exercising really motivates me to do things, can tap those excess energy stored as fat, and I can use it to fuel anything I want. I even like working my 9-5 office job now. I don't know the exact mechanism but there you have it. My answer is just do work out / exercise man.
