We (M and F) are planning a day trip from Tarifa (Spain) to Tangier (Morocco). Due to the current situation in Ceuta, we're not sure what to do. Is it better to go there on our own (with the Balearia ferry) or to go there with a travel agency (as a group)? Or we should skip this trip all together? Our biggest concern is about safety. We're grateful for any advice or insight.
