u/OkStable5068 Hello, I've been exercising for about a month and 1/2 ( I know gaining muscle takes time but I want to make sure I'm doing the right exercises). And I want the classic hourglass figure.
I know a lot of it is genetics, and I'm very fortunate that I'm natural skinny, and a wide and round hips, (I'm flat chested but that's OK nothing I can do about that😅). And my shoulder are about the same size as my hips, and I have pretty big thighs and gluts.
But the problem is every time I see an ab work that says ✨️this will slim your waist✨️ than a day later I'll see 👿 this exercise is bad for you and it will make your waist f-ing huge👿. And you need to eat more, but no actually you need to eat less. But the things is I want to be toned and sculpted (and i mean that as a whole body arms ,legs, and abs). So I can't really eat much less (I eat a regular amount for my size, no diet or surplu)
I know a lot of you will say lift heavy, you need to do body recomp. But I don't have access to a gym or heavy weights
Hope this makes sense ask me to clarify if not, thanks for any comments and advice 🙂
