Early Signs of Male Pattern Baldness? Looking for the Best Medicated Shampoo + Conditioner for Dry, Thinning Hair

I think I'm starting to notice some early signs of male pattern baldness and wanted to get some advice before it gets worse.

I've noticed my hairline around the temples (especially the "M" shape) seems to be receding, and on the left side of my scalp my hair has thinned enough that my scalp is becoming visible. Overall, my hair has become much thinner than it used to be, and it's also naturally on the dry side.

I also know my diet isn't helping. I barely eat any fruits or vegetables, don't drink milk, don't eat yogurt, and rarely eat foods like beef or mutton, so I'm aware there could be nutritional deficiencies contributing to the problem.

I'm looking for the best medicated shampoo and conditioner duo that can help with:

- Early male pattern baldness

- Hair thinning

- Dry hair

- Overall hair health

I know shampoo alone can't regrow hair if it's genetic, but I'd still like to improve the condition of the hair I have. Does using a good shampoo and conditioner actually help make existing hair thicker, healthier, or stronger, or should I mainly be focusing on treatments like minoxidil instead?
