Looks like an older digital camera.I think adjusting grains in a film filter ie post processing migth also help i guess
Pic 1 would be Arriflex 35 IIC (what Willy Wonka 1971) was shot on. The other two are flip phone photos.
i think it looks awful but you could use a keychain camera like a charmera or knock off.

Honestly all you'd likely need to do is lower the DPI in Photoshop a bit and re-save as a JPG with the compression level set to 1.
