This sounds like a pretty good start, there's some cheap bulk minis (quality aside) that you can get to begin a collection for your tables.

I have access to the books, rules, wrote a one-shot with pre-made characters, have the dice, things to write on and with, I currently don't have minis, or a dry erase battle map/graph paper, but I am planning on getting them as soon as I can, also looking for a site to make the 'world' map, battle maps, and prop maps for players. The maps themselves are already designed, I just want to design them on a site because it looks better, and cleaner, than my notebook designs.
Is there anything else I am missing or should look for?
I know the basics, and barebones are covered. I am going all out to ensure a great experience for the players, and myself as well.

You can print standees on folded pieces of paper. Download images of your monsters from the net. Players can send you theirs, or you can make equivalents. Candies or dice can also be used as equivalents.
For battle maps, a Paizo Pathfinder flipmat is really cheap. Another good option is to ask an office supply store to print a blank 24x36 poster overlaid with 1"x1" grid and laminate. Most stores have a 24" laminator. One of those held up for decades for me and now my kid is using it. For cheap minis, look for acrylic slotted miniature bases or cardstock stands and just print any image you like to scale. It's the cheapest option that gives you exactly the character you want on the battlefield. You can always mix and match if you find a good 3d mini too.
If you want a cheap stop gap for a battle map, go to the dollar store, go find a roll of wrapping paper and check to see if it has the grid lines on the back. Those are 1" squares and you can draw on them.

Have an easy way to track initiative. I like using folded pieces of paper on the DM screen. The side facing me has their character's name, AC and DC if they have one. The other side is whatever the players want to put on it.. Makes for easy reference during combat and the players know when their turn is coming up.
