hell no. give them their happy endings godamnit.
Yeah, a happy slice of life series where they watch their kids grow up in the peaceful world that they created while learning to be parents. Because Naruto and sasuke are orphans.
Like if Naruto was still the main character, but it also focused on Sakura and Sasuke? Also this is supposed to be a friendly question do not be toxic in the comments y'all.
hell no. give them their happy endings godamnit.

I would have preferred it to go back to the past, to explore the battles between Madara and Hashirama in more depth.
The lore watcher 😭
All I want is the warring states period, I do not give a shit about Cho Cho’s fifth potato chip bag of the day 😭😭😭😭
Yes and all the other villages too
Literally. Take the star wars approach and make prequels to explain all the badass historical events in detail. Save the Boruto garbage for Gen Alpha or something.
Tbh they've beaten that horse to death. It's all Madara this and Hashirama that. I'm down to see Tobirama jump some Uchihas though.
I love medical dramas so Sakura!!!
Yes
Agreed. Give me Naruto Shippuden Z.
Personally no, 3 series with them would be way too much at this point. Give me something with the 3 Sannins, previous Hokages, EXPLORE OTHER VILLAGES
what are you talking about, there are no other villages. pure filler content. there is only the leaf.
Or a series about a random Shinobi teacher whose brother in law is the police partner of Kiba. He is down on his luck when he gets a terminal illness. Both Tsunade and Sakura can heal him temporarily but it will cost money that he doesn't have. So he decides to go into the narcotics business. I'd watch that.
no
honestly no, simply because each character has reached his goal, I would have preferred maybe to have shown stories of other villages and other characters
Naw. The power scaling of the series is already insanely unrealistic . It’s unsustainable. Most of the reoccurring cast were already peanut gallery tier by the war.
The anime genre is fantasy… it’s supposed to be unrealistic. I think the term you’re looking into is “grounded”

I would like to see Sasuke's adventure but Boruto is great AF!
Yes, but I would have also liked a prequel, maybe following the history of the Hyuuga lineage.
Sakura the only one that'd be interesting to watch
Naruto achieved his dream of becoming Hokage that was a good point to end the story. They could've made a movie or something with him as Hokage. One last adventure type thing but thats about it. Would've preferred they either go back to the past or jump ahead in time with a few more faces carved into the mountain.
He didn’t achieve that dream until after Himawari and Boruto were born and already kids. There’s plenty that could have been explored between now and then
He achieved off screen and after a blank period we literally didn't get to see it.
Is this even a question?
Nobody needs Sakura adult Sasuke and Naruto only
Damn. What you got against Sakura?
No. Any series is better when they're allowed to end. After the end of the manga, there's no more need no another story. It ended.
Certainly much more than the crap we ended up getting but that said, I’d have preferred to focus on another village preferably long after Naruto and the gang have passed on and the world is slowly returning to turmoil after the 7th’s long reign of peace and prosperity. Perhaps even a non-big 5 village that came up during Naruto’s era and now we get to follow it’s development into the next great power along with the MC who’s of a different archetype than Naruto. Give him a family but make them very normal and grow the mc to be a legend without none of the child of prophecy gimmick. He’s just him because he’s HIM ts. Damn, might need to learn how to write novels so I can make this fanfic still lol
In my mind, Boruto would have been way better as a slice of life in a peaceful ninja world. A story about Boruto still, but it’s more about him trying his hardest to catch up to Naruto in power. I don’t mind the direction it did go, but all these new characters like Jura and Eida and Amada and Koji… they are not that memorable to me and I don’t care about them at all
I just seem them as akatsuki 2.0
If the power scaling wasn’t crazy maybe a Sasuke series would be cool. Going on something similar to Hercules 12 labors to atone for his sins.
Kishimoto actually wanted a movie focused on Sasuke after The Last, because Sasuke was barely in that movie. I believe that plans didn't fall through due to the studio/publishers, but that's what he wanted.
Nah. Especially after all the final-war asspulls, theyre too powerful to be intetesting in that way. . I would have prefered another take the Naruto verse: a shinobi from one of the villages we barely saw for instance, his story parallel to Naruto's.

My honest take is that spin offs are fine I understand cash grabs. But the honest take is that it really should have been Naruto’s grand children or great grandchildren. The whole prophecy was that Naruto would bring an era of peace never seen before. Thats just false with Boruto the peace lasted what like 12-13 years? The first hokage had the world at peace longer than that after Madara died. Now granted because no one could mess with him, but still. With Boruto you have to ass pull villains that are stronger than Naruto and Sasuke. And it just kinda wrecks this almost 15 year journey the fans went through with Naruto. To suddenly have people way stronger out of nowhere.
YES, prime team 7 that we didn't get
I like stories that end. Despite everything this story pretty much did end. Without too many glaring plot holes either.
I’d be open to it but they would have to include Otsusuki for it to be even remotely believable because of how broken Naruto/Sasuke are. I think it would’ve been smarter to keep the Naruto series going while introducing the Boruto cast under it.
Busty Sakura ?
This is official drawings of them as adults by Kishimoto, so it's his real vision of adult Sakura.
Sakura has always been busty. SP made her flat as a gag but in kishi drawings it’s different
I wanted to see Boruto learning to be a regular ass ninja. I was hoping we would leave the aliens and super powers behind. Follow the new generation as they learn to be ninjas. Fight bandits, smaller villages, whatever. Its been disappointing to say the least

I wouldn't like that either, their story has already been told, I don't think there is anything more to say. But if we have to stay in that world I'd rather see something focused on another land, with other characters as the protagonists because right now the world feels way too small
This would've been fine, it would've made the power scaling and consistency feel less contrived and all over the place when half of the cast is amped to fighting Otsutsuki levels. Even someone like Shino is a monster now, being stronger than Sage Mode Mitsuki, who is stronger than Boruto era Orochimaru, who is far stronger than his Naruto era self and can fight against Inners of Kara, who themselves have "power near the Hokage." See how contrived that all feels just reading it? If it focused more on Sasuke and like a specialized squad hunting down Otsutsuki across dimensions, it wouldn't feel so weird. And we can still have basic Ninja arcs back at home, but just smaller scale stakes and tons of emotional weight - as Naruto was originally famous for.
Sakura probably, the girl was sidelined the entire time.
More than Boruto but not really The common answer of a series in the past would be the best

IDK I thought boruto was gonna be like this LMAO
Of course. That's what the near entirety of the Naruto fandom wants, which is why the vast majority don't read Boruto. No one wanted a series based on Naruto's son. Also, I still wouldn't want that series written or drawn by Ikemoto. Have it be by Kishimoto or directed by Kishimoto and drawn by an actual great artist who can justify a manga that comes out monthly instead of weekly.
A mini series documenting them from where they left off after naruto the last would be cool, nothing big just regular stuff. A whole series would be too much, if we got a whole series like boruto I would prefer it to be slower pace in the beginning and include the og characters a bit more while building up the otsutski return, for example kakashi has never appeared in the boruto manga and thats pretty insane considering what's happening in boruto
I want a short anime focused on sakumo hatake, specifically about that mission where he infiltrates behind enemy lines, saves his teammates instead of executing the mission, hundreds die by enemy hands due to his decision, he is ridiculed in the village including the teammates he saved, faced with the guilt and ridicule he commits suicide.... But he is saved in time by Kakashi bringing a medic ninja and it is then revealed that this was Kakashi's dream in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Or he just dies like the regular storyline.
Yes
Naruto is one those series with rich lore but for whatever reason, it’s not explored.
Nah. We already got enough of Team 7. I would much prefer an Akatsuki comedy series
Not really, tbh. The revelations at the end of Naruto was the perfect premise of a sequel. We lowkey had enough of these three.
If I were to make a Naruto sequeal, I would do something like Inazume Eleven Victory Road Have a new main character that have no ties with the previous cast, he could be from another village and later someway him and boruto could become rivals I think this could have had been a good oportunity to explore and expand naruto world
no lmao
Funny enough, I felt the same way after watching the Aang movie. As for Team 7, probably not a series, but as a movie before they became parents
Just let Sakura do something. She is such a waste of development and talent.
No mini arc and or light novels like sasuke but they had high quality and surrounding the konaha 12
I mean it’d be cool but I fw boruto 😂 if anything I’d like for them to revisit the OG Naruto and shippuden and focus on characters and things happening outside of the main plot line but still helped push it forward
Yes but not these adults... They are terribly fashioned and even worst artwork. We need a cool looking Naruto Sasuke and Sakura not ones that look like they already got hit by the age 40 truck.
I’d love to see more of the kakashi and itachi anbu days. I loved that filler so much. Sheds light on how cold the world is for the day to day elite shinobi
I want to focus more on worldbuilding, so many of boruto fillers felt good for me.
No, becuase the series had too much power creep. I liked it back when Zabuza was scary because of his advanced ability to sneak up behind you and stab you real good 🤣 Once you start reviving dead people as immortal drones that cost you almost literally nothing, altering reality, and giving everyone 6 different powers that were each individually unimaginably powerful compared to the first arc or two the plot tends to get pretty lazy with the deus machina.
What I want we would never get so meh
No, they already had their story and it is now time for them to have a happy ending. But what about Hashirama and Madara, How konoha got built up, Minato, the 3 Sannins, Hagoromo with Ashura and Indra, the moon people, how did the Uzumaki disappear and the Senju clan that was one of the major clans turn into a few members by the end of Naruto, Gai and Kakashi, White fang, Lord third, etc. There is so many interesting characters that they could have explored more. I am sure that the fans would love those lores and characters explored more than have another Naruto or Boruto. Thank god we got Minato coming soon. But still not enough, we want the others too.
Not really I mostly just want a 3rd great shinobi war movie
I would've preferred a different village tbh
They already have so much focus. Stories such as a prequel with Minato before he became Hokage, exploring the Sannins’ life when they were younger, more emphasis of the Uzumaki clan, and how kakashi’s dad became the White Fang would be way more interesting
Just pray the the minato prequel actually gets animated
No sakura please
it'd be better than what we got tbh
Kinda, burrito is semi decent but it utterly destroyed the power scale and I hate that ikemoto made it look like every one relevant to the story only shops at hot topic for their clothing.

A thousand times yes. I would have also preferred the past of Naruto, everything to do with the wars or the past with the other villages, even with other characters that never got the shine they deserved. Instead... the attention is shoved onto the future.
No. I hate it when shows drag it to a point where they just make the show unbearable. Id prefer other stories to tell.
I would have loved to see "The Last" as a few final seasons. Kakashi as Hokage sounds top tier and finding out What Sasuke was doing that whole time would have been cool too
no.
I stand by we should have gotten a Jonin Sakura show about HER team. with a new MC, Sakura is Kakashi and its written as if Naruto didn't exist Like we get a moment of her team going "What's the big deal with being on a team with Lord Hokage." Sakura - "Don't ever doubt Naruto, the Hokage is one of five other kage" we get a breakdown of the village system. Not saying retell the same story but it'd be a fun way to make Naruto and Sauske a REALLY REALLY big deal. Like Sakura is this mega badass. Unbeatable and than the story talks about Naruto the way they talked about Minato in part one? Retcon Sarada to have her last name and she's like 3, is normally watched by Sakura's parents and the genin get a chapter of trying to figure out who her husband is. Sakura doesn't tell them? Sauske is Kakashi's mask
No. I’m fine with some small stories about Naruto as Hokage(novels and bonus chapters) but not a whole series. Especially with Sakura and Sasuke. Their story is done.

I'd have preferred it to just end. Seeing a series about the three most powerful (or at least among) people in the world wouldn't really do much for me. Unless it took a YYH or HxH swerve by introducing a completely new world with more powerful opponents that was drastically different, but even still. I'm fine letting things just end
No because the problem with introducing essentially God villains like Kaguya is that it can only get more ridiculous from there. Once you defeat a god you're not gonna be pressed by regular dudes anymore so obviously you gotta pull some nonsense out like "oh yea turns out there's more kaguya like dudes out there lol" if it were just madara as the final villain I could still believe they'd be troubled by like a Kakashi level ninja but you don't go from kaguya back down to some rando who cut a line is his headband. Naruto should've ended with Shippuden or went down the prequel route.
No. There is already a WHOLE series about them. It’s time to pass the torch, and Boruto isn’t even bad, and TBV is carrying ngl.
Sasuke
we need a Minato origin story
