This is the Star Wars Customizable Card Game (SWCCG) from a company called Decipher. This game ran from 1995-2001 and after it went out of print, there was an active community of players and people formerly involved in the development of the game that kept it alive by releasing modified "virtual" versions of the cards. Been a long time since I checked in on that community, but they were still active and organizing tournaments pre-covid at least. Depending on what other cards you have and the condition they're in, they could be worth a little money. Nothing of note in the selection you posted, though.

I worked a card shop for 4 years and looking through your cards, nothing worth grading. Youre better off selling the binder as a whole. If you had some of the Mara Jade cards id suggest grading for sure. Likely never going to get official Mara Jade merchandise again. Edit: Id say about $80 total here
