There’s not much context here. How long were you seeing him for? What made him 100% your type and did he feel the same way? Why did you guys stop seeing each other?
don't text him. he is done. but as for getting over it... well, you just need time. focus on yourself, your hobbies, put yourself out there, spend time with friends, go on dates. there will be another guy. that one might have seemed perfect but he wasn't, because he doesn't want to keep your connection.
I was stuck in my head on someone ive dated for 3/4months as I thought he was perfect. I've idealised him and our potential relationship with what he gave me and he left. For more than 2 months I was thinking of him first thing in the morning and was convinced it will take months until I move on. Unexpectedly I met the most random guy that made me feel something and the previous guy was gone from my thoughts. Our brain is unbelievable. Also I prayed a lot. Glory to God.
