I’m stuck between these three games and can’t decide what to buy next.
Elden Ring Nightreign is 24€, Dying Light 2 is 12€, and the Tomb Raider Survivor Trilogy is 8.30€. For context, I’m a huge Dark Souls / Elden Ring / Bloodborne / Sekiro fan, so I already know I love FromSoftware combat. That’s why Nightreign is the one I’m most interested in. My only concern is that it might become too repetitive after a while. If the gameplay loop is strong enough that I can keep jumping in for boss fights and runs without getting bored quickly, I’m completely fine with that.
Dying Light 2 is tempting because I really enjoyed the first game, even though I’ve heard the sequel isn’t as good.
The Tomb Raider Survivor Trilogy is also hard to ignore because it’s ridiculously cheap and includes all three of the newer Tomb Raider games.
I’m not really looking for a great story right now. I mostly want satisfying combat, good movement/gameplay, and a gameplay loop that keeps me coming back without feeling like I’m doing the exact same thing over and over.
If you were choosing between Nightreign, Dying Light 2, and the Tomb Raider Survivor Trilogy, which one would you pick and why?
