😥😥 this is awful. Oh my goodness! Pet stores really need to do something about this lack of care for selling proper hamster enclosures and accessories. Disgusting. I occasionally use pets at home for the bags of forage flowers they do. I will be buying elsewhere now!
PaH have plenty of faults but I don't believe they'd ever sell this. People are too quick to believe everything they read online these days, wait for a source before boycotting. And no, I don't work for them or have any financial interest in them. Just an autistic who can't handle unfair slander and lies.

If it was a travel / emergency case- even that’s too small. Sure, it’s cute it you take off the door and keep it in their main enclosure as a hide or to use as a hide when they’re having floor time, but just that as a living space is just so sad
If the plastic pieces inside are removable, it'd make a cute vet carrier, but the only thing that should live in that long term is a pet rock.
