Finally found a place that was making Pastrami Ribs.
Heavys Smokehouse in Chula Vista Ca.
Had to give them a try.
Overall I felt these would be better as an appetizer or part of a mixed plate. Heavily seasoned so some bites were too salty. Definitely need some contrasting flavors to even it out. Would try again tho if I see someone else has them on the menu.
