What's the most creative thing you've done with frozen taquitos to make them into a full meal, make them taste better, or make them stretch further?

  I usually dip them in sour cream, but if I’m feeling fancy I’ll get some queso blanco to dip them in.

  Light coat of oil, air fry until crispy. Top with shredded lettuce, a dry pico de gallo, and guac. Or, air fry, and serve in reheated pozole (canned might work, i've never tried it)

  Shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, salsa. Side of refried beans and Spanish rice.
