Bracers of defense, raise dex, ring/cloak of protection, feat that lets you cast mage armor.
Mage Armor is only 13 + dex mod Unarmored Defense of Monk is already 10 + dex mod + wis mod which should be at least somewhat comparable.
How can I get my Monk more AC, to make them harder to hit? I can't have him wear Armor, because than that puts him at disadvantage on things.

... You can start by taking the 13 str and put it into wisdom...
I'd even consider 17Dex, 16Wis, 13Con.
Magic items, raise your dex and wis, grab a shield (not sure if you can, never have played a monk before), multiclass into a spellcaster to get shield as a reaction
Why are you giving advice for a class you have never played and you are not even sure if the character can do what you suggest???
Dude, what.
Make DEX and WIS your primary stats, that builds AC. Other than that, you need magic items. The key to a Monk is a hit and run playstyle, so hit things and run away. Monks are inherently squishy and have a comparably terrible AC for a melee class. Don't stay in melee, hit people, Disengage, run away.
your wisdom is 10. this moddifer for monks (unarmoured defence) is added to the (base) AC calculaton. its recomended to be a bit highers for monks, as it also impact abilties like stunning people using Ki points.
Dude, you made a monk without wisdom.
lol right? Did OP read the rules at all of how monks work?
Braces of Defense. Also better stats.
AC = 10 + DEX mod + WIS mod
As others say. Dex, Wis, Con are your main stats. I would take Dex 17, Wis 16 and Con 13 with that stats. That would give you nice 16AC without armor. You will use Dex to hit anyway. With one feat that would increase your dex you will end with nice 17 AC without any magic items.
read unarmoured defence
\*checks attributes\* Str: 13 Dex: 17 Con: 16 Int: 10 Wis: 10 Cha: 10 Well.... if you want to use THOSE stats. Go barbarian instead of monk to get con to AC. Monk would use Wis and Dex for AC... also you have little or no need for that strength truthfully.
Start by reading your class and learning its abilities, one of which gives you an alternate path for improving AC over most other characters.
Dex Wis Magic items That's it for monks. Might I suggest that you don't play like a tank? Because that isn't the class you are playing. You'll get extra movement for a reason. And take the dodge action at times, when you need it. Play smart.
That said, I've seen a couple of Sentinel monks, and that gets hilarious
You need to prioritize DEX and WIS. It looks like you put your +2 racial bonus into CON, and the +1 into DEX. So I’m guess your stats are 15/14/13/10/10/10. 15 and 14 go DEX and WIS. +1 to the 15, +2 to the 14. Then put the 13 into CON. Final stat line is 16 DEX 16 WIS 13 CON 10 everything else. Your AC gets bumped up to 16 from that change alone.
I rolled my first monk the other day, first roll was 17, second was 18. Those immediately went into wisdom and dexterity because of the unarnored defense trait. So my AC is 10 + dex mod (4) + wis mod (3). Then I went guide for background and put +2 in dex and +1 in wis, which made my dex 20 and my wisdom 18. Now my AC is 10 + dex mod (5) + wis mod (4) = 19. No armor, no shield, just raw martial arts mastery. If you are doing standard array, don't. If you are doing point buy, don't. Roll 4d6, reroll 1s, drop the lowest. You will end up with much more reasonable stats than any other option. I always tell my that unless they are playing a character with some sort of physical or mental disability, thier stats should be between 10 and 18 anything lower should be rerolled.
Having no stats at leas than 10 is unusual. Standard array expects you to have an 8, and with point buy i would always drop something to an 8, partly for RP but also because there is at least one stat that you dont really need for each class and you can use that power budget elsewhere. Your method is fine but will create stronger than expected pcs which might make balancing encounters harder or the game too easy
My kensei monk is close to yours. 20 Dex, 18 Wis, 15 Con, 13 Int, 11 Cha, 6 Str. He has 19 base AC, and with his Kensei abilities, gets a +2 AC buff until the start of his next turn if I use unarmed strike as my first action in a round. That sucked until he got Extra Attack. Could either buff the AC and do less damage or do more damage with my sword, but not get the buff. At Lv6, he's starting to become a force. Definitely saved our party's bacon a few times when we bit off more than we could chew.
Maybe start by reading your features
No offense, OP, but that monk is not setup like a monk. My level 6 kensei monk has been at 19 base AC since the beginning, or close to it. Definitely was there at level 4. But, I allocated my points to reflect the class I'd chosen. He has a 6 Str, and his highest stats are Dex and Wis. With Mobile he can slip in, strike a few times, then dip out without the need to disengage. And his Kensei following means if he makes his first attack as an unarmed strike, he gets +2 AC until his next turn. Items help, like Bracers of Defense or Ring of Protection, but you need to seriously reconsider your build at it's most basic level first. I'm not familiar with all the monk followings by heart, though i don't know any that would need Str to be that high.
Everyone has given you about the best advice you're getting so im gonna ask a secondary question, are you/your group very new or did someone just...fail to warn you ahead of time about the risks of your chosen stat spread?
I'm not sure why your sheet lists Unarmored Defense as having the Base AC at 13 instead of the standard 10+ Wisdom mod +Dex mod. Also, by 4th level you should have a subclass, thought that won't do much for your AC. If your DM is using an alternate set of classes, our help won't really apply, since we are using the established rule books.
This is a troll right. If it’s not, then nothing we say is actually gonna help this guy cause of everything else that is going over his head in the game lol
Actually read your class description. If you don't have access to a PHB, it's still in the freely available basic rules. Specifically, the bits about Wisdom being your primary stat and how it affects the majority of your abilities. Wisdom and dex should be your highest stats, with con as the third. Strength does relatively little. How did you get those attributes? Because taking into account background increases and the ASI at level 4, those are abysmally low.
You can fix your stats and stop trying to play a low wisdom monk
