Try editing the character on the website instead of the app, and try downloading it to pdf that way. In the app, press the red tiny boxes on the page name label, go down to Edit Character on Website link, click on Manage next to character name and portrait, down at the bottom of the side menu pullout, Export to PDF
Yeah I did try "edit on website ", which allowed me to try "Export to PDF". That's the thing thst isn't working.
