I think that asbestos insulated wire might have a short in it...
Ha! Find your shorts like a real man! Keep pulling back insulation until you find the break. If that doesn't reveal the short, run your tongue along the entire length until you stop getting shocked. Boom! Done.
This works best with EV and hybrid issues. Just sad I can't taste anymore.
Almost as accurate as using dowsing rods.
What hilarious about this is I found this stuff in my grandpas old things. He used to be a farmer in the 30s-40s and to this day says “water witchers” as he called them could always find the spot to dig a well. He told me his family once hired one to find a well location and had to do it naked for accurate reading lol.

I used to have the one on the left. In the Before Times (ie: before OBD) it worked really well. Then I got the one from Powerprobe. That one beeps, so it makes life easier.
