I went to the official minecraft website and saw this, I'm amused by how stupidly they cut off Noor's head, you can check it out right now. The cropped head of Noor is also available in the Microsoft store.

Nobody's head is cut off in these screenshots. What are you talking about?
My guess is they tried selecting the background to change into the fireworks in something like photoshop, and it selected a little bit of her hair and they replaced it with the different sky and fireworks. Very interesting nonetheless!
