There are 36000 religions and also in these there are some that are even split in some others. So yes ISIS is a strict Islamic religion. All those religions are grossly immoral, doesn't mean everyone that follows it are bad people. But the religion itself make people do things like discriminating woman and LGBTQ people. The book itself describe really awful things that are the words of Allah/God. So now we should never never integrate it in our society, we are better than that. They are indoctrinated so they don't know better. It's a cult. So I would not say forbid it. Everyone is free to do whatever they want But we the people together decide what is good and not. This means secular humanisme, not an immoral book.
