Idk how people play multiple games, I don't even think about starting another before finishing the previous, max I've played is two together
Me too, I can play 2 games at most, and that's with a lot of difficulty. I usually focus on one game and then move on to the next one.
ADHD mainly
I like to have different genres going. An RPG, a city/survival builder/multiplayer
im trapped between 8 gatcha games right now...it's horrible but ive put too much time and money into them at this point to quit...
I've probably got about 100 games going right now. 10 that I actually plan to come back to. Not stuck in any of them, just unmotivated to keep playing.
I usually play one larger game, and a smaller one when I feel like taking a little break from the main one. Plus a different game that I just play during work breaks on the Deck. More than that get's messy quick though.
A reaaally hype one comes out in the middle of one and ya gotta drop everything, or some games fall short of being great but I'm determined to finish it....eventually, unless it's a bad game, which I'll drop.

As a completionist, 100%ing a game actually makes me sad. If it's a good game of course. I'll be like, bro, I 100%d the game and now I'm basically done with it, I need more!

You still need to factor in enjoying the game. I’ve hunkered down to play a game just for the sake of finishing it so I didn’t have to keep looking at it and telling myself one day I’ll get back to it. Well I went through it as quickly as possible, skipped cut scenes, story beats and exploration and just got to the end. Felt absolutely no fun or accomplishment.
I don’t even care if I finish a game. I aim for 50% and I’m happy. Usually get bored about halfway thru any game - as I’ve kind of cracked the mechanics and broken the game. And I’m ok with that.
But there still that one game, that you kinda finished story, but you leave too broke by it to minimaxed it for all achievements.
