I know the head brewer of an award winning brewery who has many gold medals and is well respected for creating lots of cutting edge experimental beers, and banquet is his go to at home
Honestly, I drink much less beer these days. Right now in the fridge, I’ve got a six pack of Modelo, which I can’t wait to enjoy the next time we BBQ. Otherwise, I just tend to buy something local at the liquor store down the street to have something around.

Depend on the time of the year but in summer a pale ale or hoppy IPA, in winter a nice treacly stout or porter

I quit drinking "good beer" a few years ago, now maybe I'll just have a couple of lighter lagers at the end of the evening. Rainier tallboys, or a local craft equivalent. Maybe a Guinness on drought, if I'm out n about. I miss heady IPAs 🫤

Ipas have always been overrated. Its always about a good cheap beer and a shot. High life, budweiser, pbr, old style, yuengling, idk if cant think of more but you get it.

My dude: The correct answer is whatever the hell is in front of me at the moment. I’m a self-described beer nerd, and this answer changes by the day, the week, the month and the season. Not trying to give a smart-ass response - it’s just true!! Enjoy the variety of beer as you do the weather, feeling, occasion or destination at the moment!
Where ever I travel I always try to drink a local hefeweizen or lager. Nothing too hoppy. Then I'll usually buy some variety packs for my beer fridge. If I am home and just want consistency or if I am someplace with only "corporate " beer, I go for Dos Equis.

Founder’s centennial and natural ice. I prefer 2 hearted over centennial, that my favorite but its more expensive. Natural ice offers a good balance of price, calories (130), and higher alcohol content (5.9). Its the most efficient beer across the board and I love it.

When I can find it, Founders West Coast all day IPA. Been hard to find so drinking mostly founders all day IPA or Centennial IPA, depends on if I want 4 or 9% ABV. Also Miller high life bottles if I am at a place without founders.

Yuengling Lager purchased in cans and poured in a pint glass for consumption. This is my go to. I live in Phoenix and work in Chicago and bring it back with me regularly. I’ve gotten into Spotted Cow lately as well. Same process for it. In the summer I like Hazy Little Thing.
