Hi! No experience with these hooks, but you could try a repair with sugru. It’s a putty that you can shape before it hardens into (I think still flexible?) silicone.

I don't have these hooks but I have experienced similar with other tools. I used self-grip/adhesive bandage (sometimes called sports wrap).
