Looks like you have no significant debt. You have an emergency fund, Roth and 401k. I’d leave as is but increase your 401k contributions and try to hit the max every year if possible.
Hi! I am a 22 year old man looking for advice on where/how I should put my money places. I know I’m not getting the the most bang for my buck with most of it sitting in a HYSA. A few things I’ll add is I’m not in the market to save for a downpayment on a house or anything like that. I also want to keep it semi liquid for the next few years, for personal reasons
401k (I contribute 3%, Employer contributes 6%): $10,000
Roth IRA (I maxed each year, starting last year): $15,000 (85% VOO, 15% VXUS)
Individual Brokerage Account: $1,700 (auto-investing I opened for a bonus- 35% US Stocks, 25% Intl. Stocks, 30% Cash, 10% bonds) ((Totally okay getting rid of this account and opening a normal one))
HYSA 3% APY : 38,000
Various Checking/Savings accounts, low interest: $13,000
Auto Loan: 4.9% APR: $17,000.00
Any advice on how I should adjust and move things around is appreciated!

You seem to be in a good spot. At under 100K invested, no reason not to just to VOO and chill on all accounts. You can do a boogleheads 3-fund portfolio (US, international, bonds), but I'd pretty much stick everything you won't need until retirement into VOO. Everything you will need in the next 5 years into your HYSA, everything you may need between 5-40 years can go into VOO or maybe bonds/T-bills if you think you'll need it sooner.
