How much would you be willing to pay for a fears to fathom style horror template?

Features:

Dialogue component - you can make dialogue with decisions and effects

Interaction - the player can open doors, pick up objects, and use objects for various actions. It is easy to add your own items.

CCTV - the player can check security cameras

Jumpscares - premade jumpscares that are easy to customize

Environment - simple ps1-style house included

Task system - you can create tasks for the player easily

Hiding mechanic - the player can hide under beds. The game uses the microphone to see if the player makes noises (this can be disabled)

Monster AI - chases the player

The template is in development, and since the price varies a lot for similar products, I would like to know the community's opinion. What do you think?

A lot of these features aren't hard to implement for the average Dev. Couple that with the Horror template that already exists and does half of that, it would most likely be interesting to Devs who just want to skip most of the hard work. To me, I wouldn't pay more than $20-$40 for something like this but this comes from the perspective that it doesn't offer enough for me, personally. You'll want more feedback from others too.

I wouldn’t buy that kind of template because sometimes it’s very hard to customize such systems and refactor code. And as mentioned in previous comment average dev can create those systems alone. But that template could be useful for some beginners just to quick start.

  I think that’s something important. A lot of these templates don’t modularise their systems very well so end up with a lot of dependencies making it really difficult to pull out what you went. Then a lot of the templates also just have general bad architecture and unscalable, for lack of a better word, crap. Ideally, the template shouldn’t necessarily have a camera system but an intuitive framework to build around with the camera system built on it. These templates are largely useless to more experienced devs whereas strong frameworks can offer a lot of value. Build a template with both and you could potentially capture beginners and experienced devs.

Keep in mind that a template to be successful needs to be modular and available to everyone. This means partitioning the functionality in such way that any part can be taken out without depending on the rest and making the core in c++, otherwise your target audience will be BP only.
