u/Zestyclose-Insect769 I wear prescription glasses and I’ve always struggled with them during workouts, especially Pilates and strength training. Every time I look down, they slide down my nose, and it’s really distracting. I know sports retainers exist, but to be honest, I only recently found out about them, and I don’t really like how they look. Also i know contacts exist but they are really uncomfortable.
So I’m curious: Do you work out wearing glasses? Do your glasses slide during exercise? Have you ever tried a glasses retainer? If yes, what do you like or dislike about it? If no, why not?
I’d love to hear your experiences.
