A flood spore from Halo. It basically turns you into a space zombie and it takes all your memories/everything you know and adds it to the hive mind. Fate worse than death type of stuff. The little guy burrows into your chest and controls the body from there.
To expand on the previous comment, the halo rings were originally designed as a fail safe to basically destroy the galaxy to keep the flood from taking over everything.
The alien's name is Juno. She's a Martian that came to earth to find help for her home.

Emre as Chief, Sombra as Cortana or Kat, Doomfist as Tartarus, Winston as a Jumpack Brute, Rein as a Hunter, Soldier as Carter, Reaper as Emile or Johnson, Zarya as Jorge, Vendetta as The Arbiter (armor set and unique sword decal, but probably still human), Jetpack Cat as a Drone.
