honestly? just keep playing the game and finding and sticking with one agent that you really like. game sense comes with more games you play and aim is something you work on overtime too

Hold still when shooting
Console or pc?
Strafe left and right and shoot one or two bullets at a time. Practice it in the range too. get to at least 120 BPM consistently hitting heads
Get 2k hours on aim labs and 10k hours doing deathmatchs
the most ever skill you need to learn in valorant is consistency pick just one agent(if u don't have a main yet and don't know wich agent you have the most fun with just pick reyna jett chamber or clove) and just stick with this one agent pick a sensitivity maybe from a pro player you like his play style and copy it and just stick with it pick an aim routine( there are plenty of them on YouTube) that contains aimlabs, range and DM and do it everyday getting better isn't about being flashy it's about being consistent and you have to be patient
