I think Daenys
So the Song of Ice and Fire is an actual High Valyrian song which is surprising even though I should have expected it.
Now the question is who wrote the song? In real life, it either George, Macmillan, or one of those HBO people.
But in the books? Three possible theories.
Aegon I Targaryen who I believe to be a musician and he wrote the song after having this dragon dreams of his b
Rhaneys Targaryen who composed the song herself and it either because Aegon told her the dream or she was the real dragon dreamer
Or. It the prince who was promised (Jon Snow or Daenerys Targaryen) who composed the song and Aegon or Rhaenys heard them singing the song in their vision and wrote it down. So it a closed time loop. The only problem with this theory is that Job don’t know High Valyrian and is Daenerys even a singer? As for why I think the prince composed the song? It because Rhaegar said “his (Prince) is the song of ice and fire” which make me think their the true composer.
I think Daenys
Some fleabottom bard wrote it and sold it to Rhaegar for a gold dragon when he found out he loved anything prophecy related that told him he was a super special boy.
Lmao, I hope he plays with the prince together later in some festivals
Daenys makes the most sense. It would be pretty cool if it was Rhaenys though, who I feel often gets overshadowed by all the dark magic fuckery her sister was doing and all of her brothers aurafarming.
I’d sooner guess it’s a translation of a more ancient song from Asshai, where the Azor Ahai prophecy supposedly originated
What in the sam hell are you talking about?
Another case of "you're theorizing over a play".
I would bet it will be composed by he who sings it, which should be Jon. But since this is George Martin we’re talking about, I wouldn’t stake my life on it.
