Two most valuable books I have for this are Worlds Without Number and Tome of Adventure Design, with some special mention for the Cairn 2e Wardens Guide.
What's your favorite spark tables for helping flesh out locations and dungeon crawls? I often struggle with writers block for stocking rooms or the specifics of a grander location and I'd love to have spark tables or other generators to help.
I'm currently running dungeon crawls as point crawls and omit truly empty rooms (points) by just including empty spaces as set dressing or as descriptions along the way to the next point. I aim for 2-3 interactions per point and am currently using the Landmark Hidden Secret approach for revealing information. After populating a few points this way, I'm often struggling to think of refreshing ideas that aren't duplicate ideas from prior points or previous locations.
I typically run fantasy-coded systems, but would be interested in all ideas in case I run other genres in the future.

Ironsworn Delve changed how I view dungeons. It is not for exactly traditional grid dungeons, but IMHO great inspiration.
