Why don't we have these simple feature? Sometimes i like a game and I want to see what other games the publisher/developer have released but it's not possible for some reason.
And why can't we sort by ratings and its numbers of votes? These are really such simple QoL features that don't make sense not having them.

I’ve been using Dekudeals since they expanded to ps and steam. Lets you just straight up block games from showing up ever again, granted it takes some work every time a new load of bullshit comes out but definitely recommend over any game store.
Sony earns good money from publishers paying them for frontpage/top rows spots on the store. If they allow consumers to filter entire publishers out or sort by score these publishers will lose their marketing investments and lose visibility.
Despite the push to digital the Playstation Store is abysmal, and improving it isn't a priority while Sony gets away with rent seeking. It gets borderline unusable if you try to wishlist things as well.
As someone who designs software, the stores design is insulting
I would love the feature to see gameplay footage on the store. All videos of the game or just trailers and teasers
If you have to leave the store for information or function that’s a design fail. Basic functions should be contained within the store like when you go to a game yo should be able to see technical details like what the graphics modes are or if a game is Pro Enahnced it should explain how it is Enhanced.

do you know just how many publishers there are? do you know how many games there are that have different kinds of ratings? i think u seem to forget those facts. that would be a nightmare to sort through

because the ps store is a monopoly on digital ps games, they don't have to give a shit about the quality of the interface. their search, sort, and filtering has been trash for ages.
it used to be a little better in the late ps3/early ps4 days before they overhauled everything.
