It's not bad if your intention is to leave it open (and it sounds like you would). You could make it more tempting by putting litter and hay in there as well so she knows it's her base. Tbh some rabbits just prefer doing their own thing, mine loves being under the sofa and spends most of the day there. When you look at getting a second bin you'll have to introduce in a neutral area, take things slow, and neutralise this house as well (white vinegar).
Yeah i was planning on completely removing the doors since there would be no point in them 😭 by neutral area, do you mean a room that she hasn't claim? So far she's completely claim my bedroom, the other rooms she's not much interested in
