Are you sure youre locking the removable part completely? I forgot to turn it until it clicks into locked position a few times after cleaning the grinder.
Hi! I have a Sage Barista Touch Impress, and I've been really happy with it. Now the grinder is acting up, and I can't figure out what's causing the problem. I've taken the entire grinder apart, vacuumed it, and cleaned out all the leftover coffee grounds inside, but it still pops up as soon as I start grinding. It seems like the grind size adjustment mechanism becomes misaligned when the grinder starts. It makes a loud noise, beeps, and then pops up.(see first picture) Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?
